How do I download and play a free PC game?
1. Select a game genre from the top navigation menu or search for a title from the search box.
2. Locate your game in the lists, and click "Download Now". When the box pops up, choose SAVE.
3. Save the file to your PC (normally to the Desktop or My Documents folder).
4. Once the download is complete, locate the saved file and double click it. Choose "NEXT" to move through the installation.
5. When the installation is complete, play the game by selecting it from START > Programs.
Can I put the game on my other computer?
Yes, you can put the game on your other computer. In order to get the full version of a game that you have previously purchased working on another computer, you need to download the game from this website, then follow the re-register procedure on the other computer.
My other computer is not connected to the Internet.
In order to install and register a game on a computer that is not connected to the Internet you will need to burn a copy of this game onto a CD and install it on the other computer. Once the game has been installed on your other computer, it will have a new Product ID Number, which will require a new unique Unlock Code.
To obtain this Unlock Code, you will need to write down the Product ID number found within the new installation of the game and, using a web enable computer, use our re-register feature at www.reflexivearcade.com/reregister.aspx Insert the Product ID Number and the e-mail address you used to purchase the game and a new Unlock Code will be automatically e-mailed to you for free.
How do I use the re-register feature?
1. Download and install a new copy of the game.
2. Open the game and click on the "Already Paid" button. If you cannot find such a button:
- Click "Buy Now"
- Click "Already Paid"
- Click "Get Code"
This will take you to our web based Unlock Code re-issue page.
3. Just enter the requested information and our system will automatically e-mail a new Unlock Code to you.
(Note: You must use the e-mail address that was used at the time of purchase)
Where is my Unlock Code?
If you used Quick Pay, you will notice that you did not have to enter an unlock code. That is by design as we entered it for you at the time of your purchase. If you would like to have the unlock code on file, please note that it should be in the text of an email that you should have received shortly after purchase. If you did not receive a receipt you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly at the time of purchase.
Also, PayPal payments paid by e-check typically take 3-4 days for the funds to clear from your account into our account. Once the funds have been cleared, an automatic e-mail with the unlock code for the game will be sent to the e-mail address that you have on file with PayPal. The receipt that you received from PayPal was simply a confirmation that a transaction has taken place.
I had to re-install the game and my old Unlock Code is not working.
The newly installed copy of the game will not accept the your original Unlock Code because when you installed the game on a new hard drive, the game automatically created a new Product ID number that requires a new Unlock Code.
You can obtain a new Unlock Code by using our re-register feature.
My Hard Drive crashed. How can I get my game back?
You will need to re-download and re-register your game. You do not have to repay to re-register your game.
How do I uninstall my game?
1. Goto START > Control Panel
2. Choose "Add / Remove Products"
3. Locate the game title you wish to remove.
4. Click the "Uninstall/Remove" button and follow the instructions.
I'm having lockup or crashing problems. What can I do?
Many times simply uninstalling and reinstalling the game can resolve these types of issues.
Also, many games in the Arcade require the most recent version of DirectX in order to run properly. DirectX is freely available from Microsoft here.
Otherwise, be sure to check the minimum specifications of the particular game you are installing and be sure that the computer you are using meets those specifications.
I'm having sound problems. What can I do?
Many older soundcards aren't fully compatible with Microsoft DirectX. Usually, simply updating your soundcard drivers will fix any strange sound problems you may encounter. Check with your manufacturer (or your soundcard manufacturers web site) for the latest drivers.

I'm having video problems. What can I do?
If your are having problems with your video, simply updating Direct X or your video cards drivers will usually fix the problem. Check Windows Update, or with your video card manufacturers web site, for the latest drivers for your card.

I'm having difficulties completing levels. Can you help?
Many times you can get assistance with your game by visiting our forums and posting messages for other users who have played the game. They can lend some tips or tricks on how to complete the level. Chat about games and discuss hint and tips in the Computer Games Forum
I think I entered an incorrect e-mail address.
Please contact us at support@gamecentersolution.com and tell us your first and last name, the game you purchased and the date you purchased the game. We will look up your order, and change your email address in our database.
If requested, we will also send you a copy of your order that we have on file.
My e-mail address has changed. How can I update it?
To update your e-mail address you will need the following information:
- Your old e-mail address
- The credit card number that was used at the time of purchase
- The original Unlock Code from your game
Once you have the all the necessary information, click here to update your e-mail address.
Do you offer a return policy on purchases?
Reflexive offers a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all game purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30-days, please contact our support department at support@gamecentersolution.com. Be sure to include your first and last name, the game you purchased, the date of purchase, the Order ID from your receipt and the reason for returning the game. We strive to respond to all e-mails within 2 business days.
How often will I be charged to use the game?
After the free trial period, if you decided to purchase the game, unless otherwise stated, each purchase you make is a one-time charge only. You will not be billed again and may play your game as often as you like.
Will I receive a CD/DVD-ROM?
No, you don't need one! Your game works just like the version on CD-ROM, without any of the hassles:
- No Shipping Charges.
- No Waiting for Packages to Arrive.
- No danger of scratching, warping or ruining your product.
- No clutter or wasted space in your home/office.
